They’re a Japanese group. JP the Wavy was the guy that did the first rap. My favorite member is Jimmy, he’s Nigerian and Japanese.

@@lomichele JP isn’t black. Jimmy is the deep voiced rapper, he’s mixed, his dad is Nigerian and his mom is Japanese.

The guy that was rapping at the beginning was JP TH WAVY. This is a sub unit of Exile Tribe which includes Tsurugi, Kokoro, WEESA, Ryoga, Ren, Jimmy, and Ryushin.

Think of it this way. This is the first time for some to see anyone of a different ethnicity actually in a main boy group (still have kpop in their mind, and some expect Jpop to be the same”. And before anyone says “but EXILE TRIBE has always had different ethnicity in their groups” have to remember not that many know about EXILE TRIBE to begin with.
