@@AlikiHoidas Actually, it happens much more frequently than you acknowledge,speaking from 45 years of experience in relationships of all kinds (eg. Parent- adult child, girlfriend-boyfriend, father-child, aunt/uncle - nephew). I'm an "Old Soul" which in adult life I found to be a wonderful blessing but a pain in the a*s when I was young and growing up. I was empathic regarding the emotions of family members and those I worked with, but lost the ability around age 40, likely due to the loss of brain cells.

I was sad and heavy and overwhelmed for 4 days after I ended things with him and it suddenly disappeared and he didn’t pop up in my mind anymore. In a snap. The sign: The energy that comes to you from within you. Your inner connection with that person. When you suddenly feel sad and literally very heavy. Out of the blue. Came out of nowhere and there is no reason for you to feel so in your life. Your start thinking of them, your person pops up in your mind and you feel their presence. Something that has been left unsaid and undone. When all of these things are together and are isolated - it’s when someone misses you. You can’t concentrate on the things you need to do and the things you’re interested in and isn’t giving you any joy and you’re only thinking about them and missing them. When it is overwhelming, its building up and not wearing off and then it just cuts off out of nowhere and you can do things properly *When it suddenly starts and when it suddenly ends it isn’t coming from you, its coming from them* It cuts off because they were able to do something that shifted into something else, distractions and they were able to take their mind off of you for that moment. That answers why I was in the blues for the last few weeks. Suddenly, I used to lose focus, become sad and even got overwhelmed with emotions. I met my old colleague of 5 years a few weeks back. I was very fond of her and I kept admiring her whenever she came in the office. I used to get lost in her eyes and I felt connected to her. When I saw her a few weeks back, she appeared out of nowhere and brushed right pass me, she stared right back at me for a moment and hold my gaze as she was about to enter her car. The first sign happened to me all day long, Got me to the point of tears and kept sleeping all day. I started thinking of her while I was trying to mow the lawn, And it took my motivation away. I said I’ll go get lunch somewhere, Nothing sounded good. I turned around to go home and the emotions hit me like a ton of bricks. I felt very sad. I have been going through this for years now. My oldest son has stopped talking to me ever since his parents divorced. My son and I were extremely close, he would confide in me, be my date for movies and concerts. I understand he’s angry but I never left him and his younger brother. My children will always be my top priority. He’s blocked me on his phone but I’ll send letters and it goes up unanswered. I will never give up on him.

I have been experiencing this for years. Recently the emotions are so overwhelming and unexpected I didn’t know what to do. I have realized that I was feeling her emotions. I clicked this video for external confirmation. Guess what lol? She said EVERYTHING I concluded to lol! I have a woman currently who is seriously interested in me romantically and hasn't been able to verbally admit it to me. She is even nervous to text and call me 1st. And for weeks I have been thinking about her so much and been feeling so sad and outside of my normal peaceful and happy state of being. Then I remembered to do a self evaluation. I also use my own custom audio subliminals that I created to help me develop my psychic senses more and be aware of them better. That helped me greatly. Here in America, our society has so many distractions that keep us from perceiving our higher senses beyond our main 5 physical senses. That is the part of the personal development work. Sometimes ,I get this heavy connection I don't know how to feel through it. It's so overwhelming I get massive anxiety and chills all over my feet. My stomach would heave and swirl. The last time this happened was when I was dating this guy I was heavily attracted to. We were like magnets and because of the intensity of the emotions I felt towards him, I ran away. Omg finally someone who verifies what I’ve said all along. I was given bad news but when I was going to confront the person. People got antsy saying not don’t you dare go there. Stunned I said to myself she’s lying to me. I can be setting on the couch and sadness overwhelming heavy feeling. Thoughts of him flood in. I tell myself to stop or sometime I just break down and cry. But I’ve chose to move forward. It’s almost a year they are still coming and intense. Hummmm I’m working on it thank you for this post

Yes I realized when it comes and goes, when you are doing your own thing you’ve been fine all day and out of nowhere you stop and you’re in your thoughts thinking of them, that’s them thinking of you. I like your videos. However, if you miss the other, or are wondering whether the other misses you, it would be best to reach out, especially if you love that person. People come up with many rationalizations, or excuses, not to reach out, because of ego or pride. They think that maybe too much time has passed, or the other may no longer be interested, or have another lover, and so forth, and continue in their vain imaginings, their speculation instead of taking action. It doesn't matter whether a person misses you or not, if you don't do anything about it. The bottom line is that you either reach out, however uncomfortable it may be, or you move on with your life. Period. The only exception to this rule is if that person was abusive or never really interested to begin with. That would be a justifiable reason to hold back.

Thats how i feel too. Like this person is not talking to me or anything since the last text. Now that i haven text her in a long time, all of a sudden my mind just keeps thinking about her. Some times it stops all of a sudden and then boom back again thinking. I try to keep my self busy and still the thoughts of her are over whelming!!!!!! I can also imagine them as if they are here with me, and sometimes out of nowhere im smiling! 😱

She ignored and rejecting me when i told her my feeling. Later she stopped contact me and ignore all my appology. Finally i decide to stop contact her also and i stop sending sms and make call. Now it has been 5 months. But when i check her social media post with my secret account. She posting two her best video with best look and she will be silent for month. Again , she come back after one month and postinG other two her best look video and again be silent for other one month. With this kind of situation i saw her 4 months. She post ONLY two video in tiktok uniformly and be silent for months with same way. But today , she begin to change telgram profile photo. She was posting only 1 her best photo for the last four months but now she deleted that one and add (change) other new her best photo profile. I feel all this her doing is to impressing me. Am i correct?🤔🤔 The other thing is, after my departure with her still i never forger her from my mind. I think her repeatedly every day. So does it mean she also think about me in same way?🤔 please tell me. Yeah, like right now, out of blue I miss him like crazy and feel like crying.. Just twenty minutes ago I was happy and lighthearted and ready to have an early night sleep, but right a sudden my mind became consumed by his images and I started to miss him. It’s like a very warm, familiar, but nostalgic feeling, and my eyes became watery right away: I wish I could see him. But, he will never be mine because he’s involved in a relationship and I would never allow myself to interfere and hurt other people. I just need to figure out a way to guard myself up so I won’t have any feelings for him any more.

I was out with my female friend and all of a sudden I started crying for no reason. I had been telling her that I keep having these feelings and that I had an idea these emotions were coming from a guy I was seeing. I knew these were not my feelings and emotions. My friend saw first hand what happens to me. And remarked that this was totally out of my character. I have had anxiety and my body started shaking and I knew it was the guy’s feelings not my own. I'm an empath and many women in my family we each have different gifts. I can often feel when my ex is thinking about me, and it is the way you describe it. It's very strange because it can come on very suddenly, but it doesn't always make me feel sad. Sometimes it makes me feel happy because I can feel that he's thinking about me, and it's a positive feeling/energy.

This lady has a whole dude she left me for(her ex to be exact). No contact the last 6 months, I've spiritually cleansed my home, got rid of anything that reminds me of her, (she blocked me) but I unfriended all her family(and haven't went to her social media AT ALL, cause I'm not curious) I really just want this feeling to be over, she is my twin flame/soul connection/ soulmate I feel but after how we split I just want someone who'll reciprocate my love and that's what I've asked the Universe for. Yet everyday she is on my mind! I'm crying out of nowhere, ears ringing and I'm waking up at odd times, I don't want to workout, my work performance is slipping, my concentration is off...and then out the blue I'll be good.
