There are plenty of women out there that have figured out that claiming rape can destroy a guy and they can statistically get away with it. I think the numbers were 1 in 10 rape claims are ruled false. Might as well be the Salem witch trials where a guy just had to accuse a woman of being a witch to kill her. When she spoke about what she did, I detected no lie. No stutter, no change in pitch, no pauses, nothing. You're only arrested for prostitution if your caught in the act. Just walking in and making a report is all that's needed to start this kind of mess, and if she's in a rough area, the cops could very well be in on it for a few favors of their own. Just last week there was a bust of several dozen cops running an under age sex ring in the California bay area. (You can still probably find that case on change.org). Never rule out what's possible, no matter how improbable you think it.

Hmm... that first point you make is interesting. And the last one too... just based on their probability, I concede there. Though still possible, you are probably right. But she could literally walk into the police station with her hooker clothes on, make any report, and walk right back out no problem. Someone can point the finger at her and make a claim and she would still walk away. They don't make arrests like those based on he said she said. That is why they only make a bust before her partner does. (Sorry) They only act when they see a deal is struck or money change hands.

In the US and many countries surnames DO tell about somebody's race but it isnt 100% fool proof since many people mix nowadays. :) Even in Turkey people would know what tribe you're from just by knowing your last name. reepaz well he wouldn't since there would be no way for them to prove that he was even near her at any time, but I feel bad for any man that comes within the vicinity of that crazy ass bitch, because if you get accused of rape by a woman you actually come into contact with, or could be placed near, there is a good chance of doing some jail time, regardless of if you actually get convicted. not to mention just the accusation alone could be enough to get you into hot water, it would be socially crippling and could even get you fired from your job and all kinds of other fun stuff, all depending on how hard the woman presses the issue.

Definitely, men in the U.S. need to protect themselves from false accusations. All of my cellular and home phone calls are automatically recorded. My glasses record everything I see and hear while working. I pay thousands of dollars each year for car/motorcycle/property insurance policies. The expensive glasses is the most bang for the buck insurance expense I've paid for yet.
