I've been struggling with laziness and a lack of motivation, leading to overeating and excessive sleeping. I've lost interest in foods I once enjoyed, and my sleep patterns are erratic - sometimes sleeping over 16hours, other times barely getting 3-4 hours of rest. To make matters worse, I'm dealing with financial stress that affects me. Despite feeling motivated to make a change and work towards a brighter future, I'm held back by self-doubt and negative self-talk, leaving me feeling stuck and labeling myself as a "lazy human being."
