I have never missed his single video since 2019, when I was suffering through insomnia. I have changed a lot of thise on myself . I used to see myself walking on the snow, feeling the cool, wearing long boots and coat when I was a child. Now I am in canada and I realised it actually works.

Recently a very close person in my family died , sab kuch Achanak se badal gaya , In This change somewhere I lost myself , I got depressed, I used to wake up everyday with numbness questioning everything , I used to cry laying on the bed missing the old Kritika & somewhere I was also thinking Where did I made mistake that I lost that girl, I know which kind of hell I have gone through in the month of April & May , but in this process I felt a dim voice inside me saying that stop saying that you're depressed, no matter how hard it's,get up & show up , speak that you're alright, slow down & see , I am literally amazed that just by following that voice inside me which was like a little spark in dark night , I saw amazing changes in myself, I started getting my Spark back & this time I am feeling like I have gained something from that dark place. I also realised that no matter what never ignore your inner wisdom which guides you on every step of your life. I overcame depression just by following the voice which said," I am alright."
