Hey Tom these videos help me so much combined with Juice's music they're just so effective at making me feel better after trying to recover from losing my best friend after slowly falling out of love with her it has been so hard dealing with this to the point where I've just decided to completely erase my past including changing schools and making completely new friends. I'm so thankful for these therapy sessions keep it going❤️❤️
