My sister is a licensed social worker and when I let her listen (years ago) to Nathan's Moments album (which you would love - it's under his real name) she said right away that he must have studied psychology because of how he would say things. He's brilliant.

I love you're message on medication for mental issues. So many forget life-style changes and facing passed issues can change your mindset and elevate your emotional situation. Too many are too quick to prescrib a drug as a fix all. Don't treat the symptoms...treat the root issues and sometimes we need help seeing what those may be. Much love y'all. Stay strong and never forget you aren't the only one, no matter what you are going through, and it's not shameful or weak to ask for help.

I often advise people get used to being alone, or at least be comfortable in it. If you can't stand to be alone you are not in good company. I am not anti social however I am completely fine being alone. Over the last 5 or 6 years I went fishing with my neighbor twice. I talk to a friend from school on the phone weekly and that is it. I do not get lonely anymore. Most lonely people are missing something they are looking for in others. IMHO. I spend my days talking with the lord and working to solve the problems we face in these strange days. I guess I live like the Shamans of old and it is comfortable. An outcast on the edge of town, the hermit and the medicine man. INFJ and highly gifted empath. I had a channel to help others like myself but now the internet hates empaths so I deleted all my videos. The world is getting dumber not smarter! We need the village shamans so I thank you sir for trying. I give up.

14:16 Choices! I just seem to like you more and more. I mentioned something the other day on one of your videos about making a choice every day. Of course I got the expected response regarding depression and anxiety not being a choice but an illness. I was put on depression medication when I was 13 and for almost 20 years went down the road of switching meds with my doctor who I've been going to my entire life. Stopped taking the meds years ago because they where causing more harm than good. I got tired of experimenting with this drug or that drug or taking this drug along with that drug (doctor prescribed). What many fail to realize is your messing with chemicals that effect the brain and not in a good way. I know there are severe cases that need medication but other than that I suggest that people look up information regarding Epigenetics. To go to therapy like yourself that want to get to the root causes of the issues. I wish everyone knew that their words and thoughts have power and attract like a magnet. It's an energy field open and if you are constantly thinking the worst and speaking all the bad things that can or do happen then this is what you will attract more of. The great thing about it is that it also works in reverse. Keep you thoughts and words in the more positive side than negative and stick with it (not just a day or a week). ✌❤🌏⚖🙏♾

Words are magical that's why it's called spelling 😉 maybe not technically but it's a fun way to remember the words we use directly effect our thinking which in turn effects our actions. Stay strong fam. my husband too just came off his meds a month ago and it's amazing to have the intelligent and clear thinking man I dated all those years ago back. All the meds did was make him a zombie, but together we are working through the tough questions and discovering what and why and most importantly how. Best of luck in life and may happiness grace you frequently.

I actually feel guilty going back on that song but it's so short and really only has one verse. "Alright" is a very deep and heartfelt piece that not only I enjoy, but might be the ONLY song my wife will listen to with me from Juice. I know you have thousands of songs/artists to choose from but I don't want to take it for granted that I'm getting a shot to make a connection with you guys...Reacting to "Alright" would be amazing. If you haven't heard it yet Tool-Sober is super deep and intense. The live version brings me to tears everytime I see it, so raw and profound. Edited to add: I absolutely love what you are doing. Songs should have meaning and tell a story and make you feel or learn/feel something. You breaking them down gives them so much more depth. Thank you.

13:30 man I wish you were my therapist when I was younger. Went to a doc and literally the first session he put me on paxil. Was on it for 2 years, pretty sure it fucked me up to some extent, emotions never really fully came back. My brother had a few sessions with EMDR and was a brand new person.

If I could add a possible Reaction for Reaction Thereapy, I Believe you should dive a bit more into the life of Mr Drake, the most Number 1’s of all Music. This song is a good Description of Drake progressing through his life at a Young Age since he started about 13 years ago. A Good description of Humbleness in Rap Poetry.

@physcotherapist I love your takes on all the songs you discuss. I mean this comment out of love, so don’t think I’m throwing shade. I think that instead of stopping the song every 10/15 seconds… maybe after you listen to the song all the way through, then go back to the parts of the song that you think are important to discuss. He’s taught me it’s okay to make mistakes, it’s okay to feel confident about myself, it’s okay to be vulnerable, and it’s CRITICAL to look in the mirror and do the work on myself necessary to make me a better person for the world. 😊👍
