@@frankseater6955 i respect that because I like Von too but I think this is better than most of his story telling songs. However I think this and Took Her to the O are close. I’d probably say Took Her to the O is better than this but Bloody Canvas is better than Crazy Story

In my opinion, Polo wrote this song from the perspective of him if he didn’t make it being a rapper. His best friend was killed, he was born in Cabrini Green in 1999 and his family is known by Pop Out. Hence, his hit song Pop Out. The difference is that he never found the people who killed his best friend

It is 90% based of his life. Jacob is meant to represent his best friend 'Gucci' who died the same way. All the things mentioned in the music happend to him

Everyone in this story is gone. The killer got killed and the guy who killed him got arrested. If this is a true story it still won't be snitching. I think the main lesson was that nobody won in the end.
