PSYQUI - Raise Your Hands (ft. Such) Piano Cover

Finally had the balls to do this my style :D More EDM style piano arrangements and this time a pretty tough one that i still think is a bit too much for me right now. PSYQUI always has great songs that can be done on piano but requires so much skill and technique that i struggle so much with. I decided to go with the "improv over the edm parts" approach and i think it wasn't too bad ;-;
Ahh man, this kind of arrangements take a lot of time but it's always super rewarding when you find the chords and rhythm that works. I'll hopefully be doing more EDM in the future if i can manage so i hope you guys look forward to that !!
Although., i'll most likely be inactive for the next week or so cause house is going through renovations soon and i won't be able to touch the piano. Hope you guys will stick around till the next one !

Damn that is some mad level of playing there. I've played the piano since I was little but I'm still not that good at it. I really want to try to play stuff that I like (like PSYQUI for example) but I'm not at that level yet. I hope one day I could play just as cool as you

Goodluck dude! I can say though that it is very hard to hear and decipher the chords played as it is jazzy. It’s really hard for me even if I use fl studio to remake the notes in order to play it on piano. But still, i’m dying to hear a cover of it from you lol!!!

I'm not an experienced pianist but how do you come up with the chord progressions etc? is it trial and error? I would like to learn but I usually play things by ear so I can only simple things but looking to improve.

Mostly trial and error. For me i try to match the pitches from the original song to the piano and see which chords work best
