I doubt she will unless some new evidence is uncovered. With Alex, the shooter, gone, I think that’s what put their investigation at a standstill.

I think Melani gave vital information in exchange for immunity from prosecution in the Brandon incident. Maybe she gave them information on where to find JJ and Tylee's bodies.

@@briardan92261) she will not be charged. Dont hold your breath; and 2) Melanice (nor Gibb) have immunity. If you have evidence of this, please share it. Otherwise, evidence shows that ONLY Zulema has immunity in Idaho. It’s a specific immunity called “use” immunity.

@@Sin-D_ melanie gibb DOES have immunity. per nate eaton... i don't know when i heard this, it's been 5yrs but i found out MG has immunity before i knew of Zulema. Gibb was in a lot of trouble with LE for lying to them and being complicit. she stopped doing interviews when she was given immunity. there was enough evidence to arrest her but LE wanted Lori and Chad most of all. Megan has said there are many more people who could have and should have been arrested along with Lori and Chad. This story is far from over. per Megan Connor there are many followers still in redford and many others complicit in all of this. the cult is still very active. it is my belief that more children are in danger... they've prosecuted and sentenced hidelbeandt and franke for child abuse, also rhe thibadeaux boy who was kidnapped by his mother and rescued, and i believe emma and joseph murray's kids are in danger. sorry i dont have notes on all of this but the AVOW website and those affiliated have been labeled by FBI as anti govt and are on a watch list. there will be more fall out. the best thing anyone can do is expose these people by name as Kresha is doing and being this cult to light. they've hidden inside the LDS church but they are not LDS. Reddit has a lot of information outside of what Megan and Kresha are doing to expose this cult. sorry for name misspellings. there are so many people involved.

At the end of the day kay & Larry knew they were getting on in years and were SELFLESS enough to give JJ to her brother for a better life ❤ and even tho it’s easy to see loris past relationships NOBODY coulda seen that coming ! ❤

Seeing how verbal and connected and engaging JJ was with his family and loved ones when he was being treated for some of his autism symptoms and in a regular school that met his needs I find it very upsetting that Lori took every single thing JJ needed for comfort, assurance and focus away from him in the weeks before she killed him. I am having a hard time accepting that she did not get the death penalty.

At the memorial service they asked that donations be made in jj's honor to his school the Lauren Institute. It is a special school for kids on the spectrum and with DD's. They have all the therapies and services that are provided at home and can be provided at school. There is before care and after care and summer programs. They even have a pool. It's private. The public schools in this area are not very good at all at meeting special needs. I live in the East Valley and have a daughter on the Spectrum. It's been horrible what my daughter went through 8n public schools here. That doesn't take away from JJ's successes though. I really think that it was the school that took good care of JJ and that's how come Lori can run around with time on her hands doing whatever she wanted.

As s Bible believing Christian … I find solace in the promises made by God…. The promises that there’s a plan for us after “The plan of Salvation” has been fulfilled and we will be raised from our graves in perfect condition… the way we are supposed to be had sin not destroyed Gods precious creation. Little JJ will be raised without any imperfections or disabilities and we will have our time to meet and celebrate with him as we will have forever and forever and never suffer or have anymore pain as God Himself will wipe away every single tear with His own hand. We will never have reason to mourn or doubt the loss we suffered while here on earth and we will understand why things happened the way they did and we will know that it was worth it… it’s hard to understand now but when we are “home” we will understand and say that it was worth the pain and suffering we endured for the short time compared to billions and billions of years and that is only the beginning! Hard to understand and fathom how life is so unfair to so many innocent people.

There is one truth and one God and I get so frustrated when these deceived and likely demonically influenced killers use the name of God or Jesus in their totally delusional comments and subsequent actions. I also have solace in the truth that Chad and Lori, absent repentance and receiving the forgiveness that can only come through the shed blood of Jesus Christ, will face ultimate judgement and eternal punishment…

i think Kresha is right to suspect that Ian P was part of this cult and left his wife bc he was "assigned" to mary Melanie B. I think he got scared when he found out from Melanie B-P on their wedding night that Charlws was killed and the kids were likely dead as well, and that Brandon was targeted... Inthink that's when Ian began to worry for his own ex wife and children and went to LE. it's my belief that Ian, Melanie B, Melanie G, Zulema, Emma and Joe all perjured themselves to save their own skins. they all know MUCH more and weee more deeply involved. I think Zulema may have even killed Alex if he didn't kill himself, but no one buys that Alex was natural causes.

Yeah, I think Arizona def want Chad charged down there, and they'll keep looking until they can. I got the same feeling as you, they really want him. Also, notice the difference in how the police treat Brandon when he was just almost killed vs Lori when she just murdered Charles? Where's Brandon's damned victim's advocate?

I have asked this question to East Idaho news and another KZfaq channel My question is, Why hasn’t Preparing a People Nancy James and her husband been held accountable in this. They loved Chad and did interviews with him, greatly promoting him and Julie. Also Melanie Gibb, I think got away with a lot.

Preparing a People and AVOW have changed their names but are on FBI watch lists for anti govt activities. The FBI is watching them. Evidence is required, of course, and obv right now there isn't enough. But I do not believe for a second this story is over. This cult is active and widespread. Others who have been arrested and prosecuted as part of this cult for harm to their children are franke and hildebrandt, thibadeaux. i think there will be more.

for all of those saying what about the others: the arc of the universe bends toward justice (mlk). there will be more who come to light. Megan Connor and Kresha have named some of them. This cult is active and very large. many still follow the cult and still follow Chad as one of their prophets. you need a freakin chart to map out all those involved. i keep toying with the idea of putting this chart together myself. it's a huge undertaking. The FBI is aware and following what's going on. Hopefully the FBI has infiltrated them by now. As Kresha has said, their goal is a new world order, they want to take over on a large scale. their goal isn't just to usher in the second coming of christ, they are involved in anti govt activities.
