Scrappy never fully recovered from his past relationship. He married Bambi to prove a point to Erica that he wasn’t the problem. Bambi always looked at Scrappy as an opportunity to come up after Basketball Wives gave her the axe. Bambi just wanted Scrappy to put her on in the music industry. Once she saw that her music wasn’t going anywhere but her husband was back on top she got jealous. She was also insecure about him being around other women bcuz “you lose em how you get em”.

This was one of the REALEST interviews Carlos King has done. Scrappy is a very genuine guy. He is sensitive and does wear his heart on his sleeve. I truly hope that God does bless him with a lady that understands him and compliments his manhood. His father obviously was the spiritual head and poured that spirituality into his son. Loving it!

This actually allowed me to see scrappy differently. I think they both played a part in the marriage ending but I do feel like no accountability was taken on Bambi part & thinking back, a lot of what scrappy was saying is true. I think this is what’s best for him and once h gets healed he’ll Be so much stronger

Went through a Narcissistic abusive relationship recently and Scrappy is right. That energy trumps any other relationship hiccup I have ever had. It will drive you crazy, give you CPTSD and just make you question everything you’ve ever believed in about yourself. I’m so glad he’s free from that energy. The Happy/Sad thing is true too. It’s crazy how accurate he was. He’s not blameless but the integrity is there.

What’s interesting is, Scrapp isn’t lying about him walking the straight and narrow with her. A few years ago, my good friend and I were at a video shoot he did. He literally came in, did his part, didn’t hangout, said he was heading home to his wife. It was nice to see. It was tons of women around. My homegirls and I were just behind the scenes hanging out with some of our friends. He literally cracked a couple jokes afterwards and went home.

Personally, I think Bambi got with him so he could help her career. I feel like she did love him at one point and came to the conclusion that the relationship was no longer beneficial so she wanted to skedaddle. I wish them both healing though after the divorce!

I really like Scrappy. I like how he is honest about himself and appears to take accountability for his actions past and present. It really says alot when someone takes ownership of their own. This was a really good interview and I love how Carlos allows the people he's interviewing to speak. It also speaks volumes about a person who loves God and is not ashamed to say so.

So it’s clear that Bambi has insecurities & there’s things she needs to work on. However, Scrappy clearly wanted a wife like the ones his friends have that will allow him to do what he wants & still love him & accept him the same. That’s not how that works & everyone also has a breaking point.

It’s always very clear that he has a big heart and he’s around so many big personalities that it seems like he’s rarely heard by the women in his life. To point out what I took away is: Scrap had a good chic in Erica, probably everything he needed but he wanted her to either be like those industry chics or wanted an industry chic to be like Erica...losing case Another thing...men like Scrappy crave love, validation and affirmation...those bad girls didn't hear that growing up so they don't need it and don't know how to give it...great to hear he's working on himself now!!!
