people buy land all the time. They resolve their own problem between each other. Whenever you go to the office the are very rude and arrogant and you have to keep paying for useless stuff. You see they call themself landlord even though you bought the land, who's supposed to be landlord. I leave that Kasim and the whole team to God. Go on Friday and Saturday to their office and you will see the amount of people they have duped. By now we have gone there over 50 times and still nothing

Not easy o… Most Land sellers have the same story. If you are lucky enough you won’t get problems. But it’s 50/50 😊

Salaam is very good when it comes to human relation but, i am not happy with their services example is architectural drawing which they insist their company should execute the drawing

What is digging Fees? And why someone cannot use their own architect? Do not trust this guy or company!! I understand what HOA is but this guy is confuse.

Yes, there is a hidden charge called land rent which is in their contract. I have a copy of that. I will send you a copy of it bro

I think I like the way they trying to control the type or size of house in that neighborhood. I live in a neighborhood in USA where we used our own architect but the estate architect review board did approve the design. I wish they will allow owners own architectural drawing but they will have to review it and approve it before construction starts .

I had been a customer of KAS. Why don't they give the digging fees to the guys who they claim are from the chiefs. Better still why don't they come to the site to protect their clients?

You're right, my brother... they need to do more, because it's very, very bad that they can't protect their customers from the land guard...

They're terrible with their after sale care. 3 years down the line, no indenture. Besides, good customer care would be to use the digging fee to construct roads on the land.

Unfortunately, I do not work for them. Getting that information is above my pay grade. But I'm thinking of doing another interview with them to raise those issues... Thanks

Bro. Could please ask him next time on ur video that , how can they sometimes register the land into other ppls land .......thus when doing the search their name shows there but there not the one that sold the land. So if you want to register the land in your name you have to go to them for another indenture which will attracted a fee! I was told it happens which they blow the land by registering into other ppls...... so u have to see em if u want to get you registration through.
