Strange. You may be doing something very wrong in terms of structure. For example false start (especially on RS, speaking before the beep), or not talking long enough in some questions. Hard to tell but we'd have to hear how you do speaking

I was really surprised when I saw my score in speaking & reading because I used templates for the test. that is why I want to know what I did wrong in the test. I even emailed PTE about it. When I took my PTE in November 2019 my speaking was 82 & reading was 75 . I did not use any template. Below was my score. Nov 2019 Overall 66 Listening 65 Reading 75 Speaking 82 Writing 57 Grammar 40 Oral fluency 75 Pronounciation 81 Spelling 42 Vocabulary 59 Written discourse 10.

Hard to tell about your pronunciation, might be a thin voice which we'd have to fix. But fluency is definitely easy to fix to get 65

Hi Alex I got many time around 20 in Oral Fluency and Pronunciation and this time, I got 17 in Oral Fluency, 40 in Pronunciation and Speaking is 31. Almost every day I do practice Read Aloud, but I don't know why never improve Oral Fluency.

Yes most likely repeat sentences. Could also be too slow in some questions, or the speed may be inconsistent

You probably have a pitch issue, voice is too sharp or too heavy.

Probably read aloud, and may also be using the wrong method in swt (which also gives reading marks)

Hello Sir, will my speaking score be affected if I put the microphone right below my mouth? I placed my microphone in that position in the last exam. I get 50 in speaking with 39 in pronunciation and 53 in oral fluency. Even my reading scored only 68 probably because of speaking; I am worried about my pronunciation. Thank you

Could be timing of answers (too short or too long), false starts...most likely in repeat sentences

Maybe you're just using earbuds rather than headset with separate mic. Otherwise we'd have to hear how you speak to give a better answer

Is the AI used in some websites is same as Real PTE ?? Because, Siri can understand whatever i say but the AI doesn't. Lets say i got 70 in Mock test whats the score i could get in Real exam? Thanks Alex. Cheers/

Siri gets trained to recognise your voice, in the exam it's different. Most websites don't use the same system as exam
