This is completely incorrect! The reality is that founder of Pakistan Muhammad Ali Jinnah was a strong proponent of united India and Muslim-Hindu unity. But the treatment of Muslims led him pursue a separate path. This has been amply acknowledged by none other than a BJP political leader of high standing, Jaswant Singh in his well researched book ‘Jinnah: India, Partition, Independence’. Thank you for reminding all what went on before partition but from then onward both countries through their educational books (primary to high school) very subtly conditioned our thought processes to dislike and hate each other - only art, films and cultural medium tried in early years to promote peace and harmony, cause basically we are same people but then with the fading earlier generations dislike and hate took hold of both sides. Now I hope you can sympathise with Pakistani ordinary people who are beginning to stand up for their rights - who knows what future holds.

@@malikc63 Please be informed that nothing bad is made to read in schools, colleges against muslims of the pre partition days & of against muslims nowadays living in India or living in Pakistan. Please believe me, I never read about Muslim League & Jinnah till the age of sixteen while I was studying in matric ie tenth class though my father & his relatives or occasionally his friends used to discuss about their ancestral village Pindi Manhasan in tehsil Zafarwal & their neighbours in the village who all were muslims. All used to share good old stories of love, playing Kabbadi, wrestling togather. My father, Chacha ji, my grandfather too used to speak high about their shop of a halwai at Rawalpindi & their school at Rawalpindi from where my father & ChaCha ji matriculated & ultimately forced to migrate to Panjab India. Ofcourse we used to listen about my father's & ChaCha ji's stay at Lahore & in other cities like Zafarwal, Daska, Shakarhgar, Sialkot, nearby villages like Tapyala & Chabara, Charba, Chaprar etc. I did matriculation during 1968 from Panjab University Chandigarh. Ofcourse it made us to read in schools about The Britishers & that they divided India. It is only after gaining age with passage of time, by reading newspapers, meeting people of senior age, we gather some knowledge about Muslim League, leaders & Jinnah. Now You Tube & news channels, social media have provided lot of information. Ofcourse Jinnah, leaders of muslim league are criticized in news papers, radio & tv channels in india. Even political leaders of Pakistan & their anti India utterances too are criticized. But there is never criticism against muslims & against whole public of Pakistan. Even newspapers too criticize dirty, communal activities of Moulvi Mian Mithu, dirty communal incidents like at Jaranwala, Sargodha & many like others. But never a word against muslims & Islam. You please check newspapers & tv channels in Pakistan. I watch on KZfaq news channels like Geo News, Duniya News & all are full spreading venom against Hindus, India & ofcourse against Hindu leaders. I assure you if travel & trade is made easy between our two nations, definitely prices of medicines in Pakistan will reduce to ninty percent, vegetables, fruits prices will reduce to sixty percent, foodgrains prices will reduce to thirty percent in Pakistan. Apart prices of electricity will reduce to fifty percent in Pakistan if arrangements are made, as we have surplus electricity. Moreover all Pakistani can get super specialized medical treatment in India at cheap rates quality wise equal to that of USA & Europe at Amritsar, Jalandhar & in other cities. All Panjab India cities are only a one hour road journey from Lahore. Moreover public of both nations can enjoy visits to pilgrimage cities easily. Nowadays public in Pakistan is getting Indian goods via Dubai by paying four times the prices cost to consumers in India. There are more benefits of cordial, harmonious relations between our two nations just like Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Afghanistan, Maldives are getting benefits except the ruling elite in Pakistan which don't want to loose a pretext that India is an enemy country to befool public in Pakistan. Ofcourse social media is spreading wisdom, awareness among public in Pakistan & getting public in Pakistan to get rid off the destruction & affects of curse given by God through Jinnah & continuously being increased by leaders like Sheeda Tali, Lal Topi in Pakistan.
