Map is actually easier than it seems at first, due to Deren scaling insanely hard with the 3 guaranteed buffs. All you really need is Laby, a decent tank and healer, and some backup wave clear for peace of mind, and as many core breaks and amps you can fit.
Deren needs to kill all elites with 2 or more cores, especially the 3 core swordies. She also would like to have an ult ready to snipe the exploding green balls. Ideally, you memorize exactly when they spawn and blow them up at the spawn tile so the aoe catches no one, but honestly I couldn't be bothered and am just reacting...with my terrible 600ms reaction time. Otherwise, that's really all there is to the stage. This run finishes with nearly a minute left to spare, so it's far too optimized as is.
For team choice, Nox and Laby are of course no brainers. Damage taken amps are nice cuz there's no dilution with last stand or the slime buffs. This makes Eve an excellent choice, not only by antisnapshotting her summons for easy tanking, but huge damage taken amp. Summoner tanks in general are preferred since we max out last stand stacks so quickly, but any good endura actually works out just fine.
The boss is fearable, so Enfer is of course the BIS amper of choice, especially with Eve passively spamming fear, but Che will also do very nicely with his very high damage taken amp uptime. Healer really doesn't matter with a summon tank, and with Eve, healerless is actually doable, and presumably Chelsea too.
