EDIT: Made a mistake in the video. Your 6x sensitivity when zoomed out is the same as your 3x sensitivity. Do the 6x with its max zoom not 3x zoom.
Video I made showing how I find my sensitivity settings on PubG console in 2022. This video should help you figure out what sensitivities work best for you to have better recoil control. Should work for both Xbox and Playstation.

Out of all the videos I've watched over the last 4-5 years regarding PubG controller settings (for console), I have to say this is one of the most honest, practical, and really the best overall reviews of sensitivity I've ever seen. Thank you Churchy!! I've definitely got some good tips from other players videos, but they didn't offer as good of a full overview of the settings like you did.

This is simply the best video I have found regarding PUBG settings. I did this end to end, and changed all of my settings. I was stuck at a 1.7 KDA each season, since changing all of my settings from this video I am up to a 2.2 KDA. Not great I know compared to many PUBG players but I am happy with it.

I don't know, you will see this comment, but I want to thank you for the huge help. I searched lot of times how to setting my sensitivity, but this video is the one which could help me. I made my settings as you told in the video, and i have kills in almost every match, and not just one or two. Even if i cant kill them, i have a lot of damage, between 200 and 500, sometimes it's higher. I am so thankfull for your help!

I had to go all the way down to 0.5 for my red dot sensitivity 😰 I spent like 20 minutes on that part alone I gotta get some shut eye I’m really interested in adjusting my vertical sensitivity later on ,this is definitely one of the best tutorials for sensitivity settings out there

Damm that's the lowest one I heard so far lol. If it feels too slow try increasing it by 0.5 ever couple weeks. Should be able train yourself to use higher sensitivity. Then again you might do just fine that low.

@@ChurchyXbox I did notice it may be my controller it’s an aftermarket one so it’s a bit weird registering movement the right stick takes a slight bending before it reacts so that’s been throwing me off i guess I’ll try 65 since that I hit 23 and then 19 hopefully this is the one it 💪

@@ChurchyXbox yea the sticks have slight dead zone like I’ll have to bend them a bit before they react even when I set the settings to zero and disabled it I was able to distinguish that it was the control, I got the hang of it tho because the verical sensitivity was throwing me off not up until I kept playing death match and going back to training grounds did I figure it out I had to set my settings for my sights first and then tweek the vertical sensitivity little by little took a bit but I think I got it bro 💪

Excellent video, I really appreciate the time you put into it, I've just adjusted my settings and am about to test them in the wild. One question though, does adjusting your 6x for full auto like that have an adverse affect on your sniping with it?

If you pull the zoom back on 6x to 3x it uses the 3x sensitivity. And when zoomed all the way out it uses 6x sensitivity. I would recommend using the lowest zoom for spraying with AR's that way you only need to adjust your 3x for spraying. Adjust your 6x for single shot placement. Hope this makes sense.

This is a very good video on how to find settings,however I think pubg have thrown everyone a curve ball with regards to movement sensitivity. In my extensive testing I have found that movement sensitivity affects the right stick

Realized my mistake thanks to another user, but the 6x zoomed out is the same sensitivity as your 3x. You can do the 6 x part without changing the zoom to 3x.

@@dead-eye456 they need to be set to the lowest number without having stick drift. They could be the same but from my experience the one you use to aim is usually has more drift which would require a higher deadzone.

It's different for everyone. You need to find what feels as close to natural for you. As for me I think I pull down about halfway.

This is a very good video, but the 6x scope is not adjusted like you do in your video. try it and set 3x sensitivity 0 and 6x sensitivity 20, after that try to shoot with that 6x assault rifle, you will notice that you have always adjusted the wrong sight... 8x the same, when zoomed in you adjust 4x and not 8x etc.. try and be amazed :D

I use the Ace just because I feel like it's a good medium between 556 and 762. But honestly you can use any weapon you want to do this tutorial with. If you have a specific weapon that you will go to every time you use that one instead.

If your saying when you pull the joystick down your shooting too low you then you need to lower your vertical sensitivity multiplier. Every gun has recoil which will naturally pull the gun up when shooting. What you need to do is find what feels natural to you for pulling down on the right stick then adjust your vertical sensitivity multiplier until the recoil is decently under control. You wont get it perfect right from the get go that takes time and practice, but you can make it a lot better.

Farther distances are much harder. Try tap firing instead of holding the trigger down.

No you will have to use the analog stick to controll recoil no matter what. This video is just to help you find a setting to make it easier for you.

13:27 The 4x has greater zoom than the 6x zoomed out (making it a 3x instead) Obviously 3x recoil is easier to control than 4x recoil.

Haven't played pubg in a bit I also play Xbox. If I remember correctly though it should be the button to hold breath/steady aim plus moving right stick forward or backward. Only 6x and 8x can zoom though.

Let me tell you after playing PUBG on an ipad for 3 years... Idk how you people deal with an analog stick lol I've played CODs on controller for a long time but I always used high sens, but in this game I feel like I need to keep my sensitivities around 5 or 6 for longe range recoil but I feel like I react like a turtle.

@Churchy no, I try doing the sensitivity adjustment as per video, but even i move vertical Sensitivity multiplier to max my vertical recoil keeps going high in Shooting range training.
