That's on ultra. My ryzen 5 7600x 4070super 32gb ram handles it just fine. But i think 4060 is already enough for 1080p ultra settings.

Container is available in every lobby while the update is live. The car is selected randomly. You have to open the container before someone else with access to the vehicle does :)
