What percentage is the speed of the video card fans? Or you did not change, that is, the system

I haven't changed anything and my GPU is running at stock settings. I never noticed the fan speed percentage .

I also use Rx6600 + i5 12400f, when playing VALORANT at low-setting only achieves 250fps, sometimes even down to 190fps. Can you make a video showing how to achieve high fps?… TT…TT
