About Anonymity i have a theory that ' The work we as a public see is acknowledged that it is a government's move but on ground level it is just a person or a selective group of person's decision. Can it be also called Anonymity?

private administration and business administration is same, but business management is mainly concerned with POSDCORB within business adm. If Business administration is concerned with maintaining the business, business management focuses on the overall care and supervision of the employees. However, some people do use these terms interchangeably
