If that dude at the Wal Mart aint a proper security guard or even a cop which he failed to identify himself he is in a world f hurt. He had no right to her id and he was taking on the role of a peace officer or cop. He may have been charged with impersonating a peace or police officer. Ironically he may have also been charged with nuisance or bullying charges. He may have been right in her shoplifting but you gotta do right right.
