4 жыл бұрынMr. Jin Liqun, President of the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB), will speak about the foundation and development of AIIB, and the Bank's aim of improving social and economic outcomes in Asia through investment in infrastructure. With registered capital of USD100 billion, AIIB has grown from 57 founding members in 2016 to now 100 members across the globe. AIIB has approved 46 projects for over 8.5 billion dollars in investments.

I have to say, as a technocrat at age 70, who was born in mainland China and endured the Cultural Revolution, his English is SUPERB, something extremely rare to find among officials at his age in China. He is so eloquent and confident when he speaks. A few of my friends have been working on the financial sector of BRI, and I sincerely hopes it could achieve its goal for China and the entire humanity. All the best wishes to him and his lovely daughter.

I am so proud that China has this distinguished official to lead us to develop the world. As Mr jin is 70 years old now, who mention that life will be more simple to see longevity more than 100 years old, I also want to keep working hard until my 80 even without retirement as well as him. Thx for the inspiration!
