Thank you Dr Muddassir, l am still building my knowledge on public procurement having never practiced it. I also wished to learn on how various cost thresholds are handled, which thresholds are direct procurement, negotiated, tender? I am also interested in the insights of how bid evaluations are approached in the public sector, i.e committees compositions and responsibilities among other others.
