Pudin de Pan [Puerto Rican Bread Pudding]: ¡Con Sabor de Coco! {English}

Жыл бұрынLet’s Create! Pudin de pan or Puerto Rican bread pudding is one of the must enjoyable desserts in Puerto Rico. It is also very easy to prepare. This one will have a hint of coconut flavor!
Ingredients:
* 3 cans of evaporated milk
* 1 can of coconut milk
* 1 can of sweetened condensed coconut milk or sweetened condensed milk
* 20 oz of white bread
* 1 1/2 cups of sugar (brown or regular)
* 1/4 tsp of ground cinnamon
* 1/4 tsp of ground gloves
* 1 block of unsalted butter
* 4 eggs
* Pinch of salt
* 1/4 cup of raisins
* 1/2 tsp of rum or brandy
* 1/4 tsp of vanilla extract

I watched this video several times and today I am making the budin. I had your video on as I was preparing everting so that I o made sure I did it right. I got to the end and put the pans in the oven. Closed the oven door and felt so proud of myself. I started clean up and then noticed I never used the melted butter 😩😩😩 Oh well, nothing I can do about it now. I guess I will have to cut them out. 🤣🤣.

This is so simple, thanks,,, can not wait to try this ,, woop woop 💃🏽💃🏽🙌🏽🤗 thanks🙌🏽 I love love bread pudding, it’s been a long long long time 🤗 my mom was from Nicaragua but she cooked Puerto Rican food so delicious, my dad is puerto ricen , he cooks deliciousnesses. I don't uses goya for political reasons. Give me another brand I can use that is not anti black.

You can use any of the Asian brands too as their coconut milk are pretty good. These were the only ones I could find today.

Goya is considered the best for certain products. Forget the political bull. Worry about the flavor and the quality. You're not going to taste the political non sense.
