Puerto Rican Maicena is a breakfast staple I fondly remember eating as a kid. My mom would make it for me often before she headed to work. It was always super satisfying and easy to learn myself. 🥹
Ingredients:
• 1 cup milk (may substitute for coconut milk drink. ‘Silk’ brand makes a great one)
• 4tsp corn starch
• 2 tbsp sugar
• pinch of salt
• 1tsp real butter (optional)
• 1/2 tsp vanilla
• Cinnamon
