Ingredients
2 cups medium rice
2 can coconut milk
1 can of cream of coconut
1 can evaporated milk
Ingredients for the tea
4 cups of water
4 to 5 sticks of cinnamon sticks
7 slices fresh ginger
7 Star Anis
7 to 10 whole cloves
1 tablespoon salted butter
Pinch of salt
cinnamon powder
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup granulated sugar
caldero or sauce pan
To this rice you can add Raising

My mother was from PR and this is ALMOST the same recipe.... and she liked it snow white. Is the best I ever had to date, but this one looks good to.

If I boil the rice will it make the process faster instead of letting it sit in water for 2 hours

Good recipe but I like my Arroz con dulce thicker so I would just add a 1/2 cup more of the rice.
