Yeah, I really enjoyed my time. Cabo Rojo / Playa Sucia are very beautiful. I hope to make it to Vieques eventually. Loved hearing about your experience there. Next time!😀

The best place to experience the bioluminescence is in Fajardo or Vieques; Vieques having the highest count, but if you can't make it to Vieques, Fajardo definitely has a higher count than La Pagueras.
