Caribbean and Latinos two different things define Latinos, you know how many so call Latinos can't even read or write in their so called heritage. Latinos come from Spain 🙄

Spaniards left Spanish on colonized lands. “Hispanics” does not include speakers of languages outside of Spanish. Latin countries and kabgusges(e.g., Portuguese , Romanians, French etc)... left their languages in its place like Brazil. The British stormed Belize and left English. So no Belize is definitely not either! But Haiti can be considered a Latin country due to it being a French speaking country. ... same can be said Guyana I suppose. I KNOW! I was dying! The chicken is NOT totally clean ok? PLEASE trust me on this! I used to be IN the butchers union. You'd be surprised AND disgusted about how dirty chickens natural blood actually is ok? Another thing... JUST so everyone knows ..if you go to a store like Stop and Shop or King Killer or Foodtown and YOU SEE our sticker on the door to the butchers entrance? MOST stores will allow you to MAKE FAMILY PACKS ok? IF you get packs of say chop meat that equal 3lbs...as long as it's NOT ON SALE? You can ask the butcher to rewrap it as a FAMILY PACKAGE AND GET THE DISCOUNT PRICE. It's usually around 20 or 30 cents off per pound. NO...we don't tell ppl about it cuz it's a pain in the ass to have to rewrap it!!! ALSO IF they refuse to do it? THEN you go to customer service and ask for the PERISHABLES MANAGER. Explain the situation and they will make them do it if that's their policy ok? Another thing we DON'T tell ppl about cuz it's a pain in the ass. We HAND SEASON ANY KIND OF MEATS you want with any kind of rub you want that we have back there. Oh yeah....we do have seasoning ribs back there! Again we don't tell ppl cuz it's a pain in the ass to take everything apart and rub the whole thing and then rewrap it when you're busy trying to cut meat to full the case. I just figured I'd give you these tips cuz summer is here and some stories have these deals. Ask for the PERISHABLES MANAGER before you go into the Meat Dept to find out their policy cuz that's better. Scientifically you shouldn't. It doesn't make the chicken cleaner it just makes your kitchen dirtier, and all the germs get killed when you cook it either way.

@@Cruxador It's not about "cleaning" the meat, a little soak in citrus and/or vinegar helps the smell. Imparts flavor directly into the meat and allows most people to rid the meat of the slimely film that can be on conventional supermarket meat. Your kitchen sink and counter and everything we use to "clean" chicken is and can be cleaned afterward. People of color have been cleaning meat for generations without incident, and our food is the proof in the pudding that it makes a difference

@@alyssaflores3642 You wind up with cross contamination regardless of which country you're in. Anything that's in the chicken will be killed by the heat of cooking it
