I lost my dad this past New Years. As I listen to this song, it makes me think of him. My dad and i were close and the more i wake up every day i just wish i can call him again and talk about each other's day. I remember the good days and the bad days with him, but the ones i regret are the bad days. There have been so many mistakes that he made that i forgave him for and some i had kept my anger on. I just wish i can turn back time and fix all of that. My advice to you all is forgive the ones that made mistakes no matter how big or small they are, and cherish the good only and not the bad.

Thank you for that piece of advice. After the death of my husband. I felt my two sisters didn't' give me enough emotional support and I've been very angry with them. Now that 4 years have passed and they're just not that type of people, I am now beginning to forgive. After reading stories like yours, It gave me that inspiration or influence to do it. 🕊️Forgive. 🕊️ For if you do not forgive it will eat you up inside❤. Thank you for those words of advice. @@xelementzgaming7171No that is unacceptable. I don't even know you, but I know my son. Years ago and after he died he didn't want to live. He got all caught up in drugs and depression. Now he's good for years later because he realizes that's not his father would have wanted for him. His dad would have wanted him to carry on. Be a man take care of his mother. It was hard to watch. Your son want to kill himself every day. Thank God he didn't do it. So I'm telling you right now do not even go there. Think about what your dad would want. You have great memories more than most with you. Got your father. Cherish them and tell others how great you and your dad were together. Don't let that history go down the tubes. Few guys have a great relationship with fathers , God gave you that gift . 💔 All of us on this page are here for a reason and that reason is we lost someone to death. 💔 I lost my best friend 40 years ago and I still miss her everyday. I lost my mother when I was only 20 and I miss her everyday. The pain never goes away but you can make the memories last. Speak about them. Think about what they taught you and eventually you'll be okay. You will never be the same but he will be with you. I promise you that he will be with you. There have been times I didn't want to get out of bed, at work I break down without anyone seeing me. But deep down I knew he didn't want me to stay miserable. This past year, my great-aunt past away due to covid, as well as my dog...well she the dog didn't have covid... but I've known the dog since I was born...it was a hard day, and when I listen to this song, I automatically start crying over the both of them. My great-aunt didn't deserve it....I didn't see her that often but it still hits hard when someone you love loses their life. The song Make it Work by Ne-yo makes me cry too. I would like to share how I lost my brother on September 5 2023. That was and still forever the deepest pain in my heart. I also lost my cousin soon after and just less than a week ago..may they all RIP... it's very hard, every day I cry . Me and my brother were and still am for close to each other I miss him so much. But I know he's Home pain free, and more.. some day my time will come and we be together...I just miss him so much.....I pray and talk to him...

Dad just passed lastnight from colon cancer and im absolutely tore to pieces 😭 😢 💔 💔💔 comforted him through his final moments and watched him take his last breath... cant stop listening songs like these and bawling my eyes out!!! 😔😔😭😭 CANCER SUCKS!! He fought soooo hard and soooo long to stay with us! But cancer won!! 😭😭💔💔💔🕊 RIP Richard!! RIP DAD!!! We love u now and forever!!! Even after death!!!
