Ingredients:
1 roll of puff pastry
1 onion
2 cloves of garlic
1 pointed pepper
1 can of corn
2 eggs
Salt, pepper, paprika powder noble sweet
parsley
1.) Peel and dice the onion and garlic. Wash and dice pointed parika. Drain the corn. Mix the vegetables with the minced meat, 1 egg, spices and parsley.
2.) Preheat the oven to 200 degrees (convection 180 degrees). Separate the second egg. Spread the minced meat mixture on the dough and fold it up.
3.) Brush the puff pastry roll with the egg yolk. Then bake in the oven for 40 minutes. Then cut into slices and serve best with salt.
