吃不完的通通削成薄片曬乾。便於久藏。拿出來煲鴨肉蒲乾湯。美味極了。

刨絲加上磨米粉(漿)、蝦米、蔥和白胡椒粉，入鍋煎酥沾蒜頭醬汁

搓絲再加麵粉、雞蛋煎成瓠瓜餅當點心或早餐

可以包水餃很好吃,我們台灣如果去麵食館點浦瓜水餃會比其它水餃貴,因為只有夏天才有,包起來放冷凍想吃就可以拿出來燙吃。

夏天到蒲瓜盛產可以包水餃包子清爽好吃

浦瓜吃不完可以晒干 冬天的时候炒肉吃很好吃哦

Thank you for the videos. I always enjoy them. I am curious, tho, about why you do not put a pad on hour shoulder when carring heavy baskets? It cannot be comfortable! Also, what do you do with the food your family cannot eat because the harvest was so good? I know you give some to family, and air dry a little. But here in the US, when there is extra food, most people will freeze, dehydrate, freeze-dry, or home can the excess for future use. Do you do any of those? Also, root cellars are used quite a bit for the potatoes, carrots, beets, squash, etc.
