This lecture explains as to why in some patients of Pelvi-ureteric junction obstruction the kidney loses function very fast while in others the renal function remains conserved for many many years

Sir...I am 29weeks pregnant and my unborn baby has left kidney dilation of 30mm..then it will increase till delivery...so I want to know that early delivery is necessary for this..??plz reply 🙏
