South Indian Traditional Recipe Puliyogare(huliyanna) or Tamarind rice or puliodharai recipe is a tangy-spicy rice variety. Here i have not used rasam powder instead belesaaru pudi is added. It enriches the taste.It is one of my favourite recipe.Follow the ingredients quantity and instructions for best result. puliyogare gojju can befresh for 1year if it stored in refrigerator.

Thanks for this recipe, I tried it today. I cooked tamarind paste so long after adding Jaggery nd sambar powder, but it dint leave oil from sides.
