I'll show you the basics of the pull counter. A defensive boxing technique often used by Floyd Mayweather and Conor Mcgregor. The pull counter for MMA works the same way as it does in Boxing. Bait your opponent into throwing a shot at you, then pull away and counter with a swift right hand.
This requires a lot of practice, but when you get there you are going to LOVE using it.
