@@nicole_23312 im the most productive from 6pm to 8am. when i was in high school i would go to bed at 7pm and wake up at 3 am to do homework. it was so peaceful. now i go to bed at 4 am but be productive from 11 pm to 330am

in the summer i would stay up until 5 am watching netflix shows and then sleep until 2 pm haha but the latest is when i watched a whole season of stranger things and stayed up until 6:30 am lmaoo Edit: I just remembered i watched a whole season of Anne With An E w my best friends and we stayed up from 8 am to 7 am lololololol

Working out on your period actually helps the cramps as well as make the flow lighter. I know the last thing you want to do is workout but trust me take some pain pills and push through them afterwards you’ll feel really better. Also make sure to stay hydrated while working out because your losing blood.
