Why is Right pulmonary artery not seen as well as Left pulmonary artery?

He said normal chest X-ray yet it shows Cardiomegaly and hyperinflation

It only appears to be cardiomegaly because it's an AP film which enlarges anterior organs. There isn't any hyperinflation, see how rounded the diaphragm is? It would be much flatter in hyperinflation.

@@emmasivewrightmd The narrator said mild cardiomegaly, which looks right to me. And it's a portable x-ray which slightly magnifies the heart, probably more than it being an AP projection. And I don't see hyperinflation of the lungs, they look pretty normal. Not a doc but a 22 year X-Ray tech whose looked at thousands of chest x-rays.
