File Sequence and Charchteristic Features
FOSTER FILE == This file is used as an orifice opener as well as for glide path creation. The file is variably variable taper with a Tip of 0.17. The Foster File has Triangular Cross Section

B1 File == Is for Canal Preparation and Maintaining CANAL CENTRICITY.
The File has 5%Taper with a Tip size of 0.28. The file has S cross section.

What solution you rinsed after each canal preparation? Can we rinse EDTA cream with NaOCl solution?

Yea Doctor Primarily after NAOCL (for organic components) SECONDLY EDTA(for inorganic components of smear layer)

Yes Doctor as per the protocol mentioned in PEDIATRIC ENDODONTICS by Dr Ana D Fuks each one of three is recommended Saline 1% sodium hypochlorite 1% chlorhexidine

Sir how to confirm that caries is all removed? Sometimes chamber is all black, which makes me confuse and I can't different if it's caries free or not.

Yes Doctor There are 2 options 1) particularly you must differentiate between affected dentin and infected dentin(soft and must be removed),,,affected dentin can be left behind to REMINERALIZE(rem agents can be used) 2) Use caries detecter dyes and as per my personal experience this helps a lot in differentiating STAINS and CARIES HOPE YOU GOT MY POINT DOCTOR

Not all primary teeth need pulpotomy. Some need pulpect

Hai sir. For pulpectomy v cannot use caoh in primary teeth right?will cause internal resorption....how come u use in this case??

Hi Doctor Yes calcium hydroxide causes internal resorption but the check is that it is relatively slow than it acts as medicament and inhibits bacterial growth band RESORBABLE at a faster rate and is thus most suitable as an obturation material along with IDODOFORM hope you got my point Doctor
