Awesome dude.... I too have the 2004 pulsar 180 with modified front and rear alloys 100/80 front and 120 tyre at rear and had to modify the front mudguards to metal fabricated one's to accomodate the tyre.....And a two piece handlebar and a raised rear suspension.....But seriosly i havent done to ur extent....but i too executed in several phases due to fund shortage...... Seriously i am falling in luv with ur bike..... Kudos

Im from Indonesia, i hv the red one of Pulsar 220. I bought it on second hand. The first time i hv many problems with the front shockbreaker, timing chain & guide, comp steer, front break caliper, seal front gear, n many more..it spent 1 million rupiahs to repair those all. The rest problem now are the tax, coz it's late almost 3 years. In my country any vehicle must pay tax annualy. For Pulsar 220 it's about 290 thousands rupiahs. Btw, ur bike very nice modification. One day i want to modify my bike like yours.

Bro it’s not possible now. The modifications are already done. I just bought the r15 v2 chasis, cut it in half from behind. And then welded it on the the pulsar’s chasis

Thank you. At first i changed the crankshaft, complete piston assembly and the head but that didn’t function properly somehow. So I bought a 220 engine and replaced the entire thing.

Thank you 😊. Swingarm is from ktm duke so it has a spot to bolt on the suspension. And we’ve made a slot on the chasis, below the seat, same as the one which is there on the swing arm. And then bolted the suspension on the bike.
