Tri-Star makes a semi auto .410 that takes choke tubes.

Tri-star makes a 410 with interchangeable choke. Remington makes an 1100 in 410. Beretta makes an A400 in the xplor action in a 28 gauge.

Bobby I have a Tristar 28 gauge that I like. 28 gauges pattern better than most 410s do. I have had good luck with the Tristar and have killed a few doves. I like it because it only weighs like 5lbs.

There is a brand of 410. that accepts a Choke because patternmaster builds a 410. choke, also Remington makes a good 28 gauge

Fun pigeon shoot. Browning BPS 28 gauge. I have an old Remington 1148 .410 with a full choke that I love. It’s actually recoil operated and shucks shells like nobody’s business. If you can find one, I think it is a great .410. Semi auto. They don’t make em like that anymore! 28 ga. All depends on what $ range, but for a lower cost, the BPS is pretty decent and reliable.

I’d never hunted before I started binging on your channel. Today I did my first hunt , for Eurasians in California. Ammo companies must love hearing how you turn guys into 10-boxes-a-hunt customers. Lol

I have a beretta over and under 28 gauge. It is a really sweet little gun. Beretta has a pretty good selection of semi-auto 28 gauges.

Remington makes their 1100 in a 410 with screw in chokes. Tri Star also makes a 410 with screw in chokes along with brownings and Henry’s! Browning made pump 410 with screw in chokes. Considering a 28ga your have a lot more options. About everybody makes a 28ga all will have screw in chokes! Look me up sometime and let’s do a good 410 pigeon or dove hunt!

I shoot 28 gauge all the time it’s my favorite. I can’t recommend the CZ Bobwhite G2 enough. Super light gun and handles great. Also the tristar vipers are nice if you prefer the auto loader over the SxS

I picked up a yildiz 28 ga o/u from academy a few years back. Running the win super sporting clays, and paired with a set of mod comp n chokes, any bird inside of 50 yards is insta dead. Mostly shoot my tristar viper 410 now (which takes beretta chokes) but when the birds hang up outside of 35 yards and I dont want to dig into my wallet for the TSS handloads, it's my go to.

Yes savage/Stevens 301 410 is threaded for chokes, and I know tristar makes at least one 410 that’s threaded for chokes and Remington has a 410 870 pump that’s threaded for chokes

Have you ever thought about going after the 41 for mounts to put up in the lodge? It would definitely give you content for faul Fridays. Though you would have to do a lot of traveling to accomplish.

I have a hatfield semi automatic 28 gauge that is chambered in 3in and it was the best 200 ive spent at Wal-Mart i have had great luck with everything I've hunted with it

Stevens 301 Turkey excepts chokes. Its a single shot though. But with a jebs choke and that tss ammo it hits hard!

Mossberg imports a semi auto 28 that’s comes with 5 different chokes an there price point is pretty good. Used one for rabbit season last year an it ran beautifully

i have the mossberg sa-28 for a couple years and havent had any issues and have killed plenty squirrels and dove with it. i highly recommend it for under $500

Get the 28ga for sure. Been shooting one for 10years, my dove numbers got better when I switched from the 12ga 870 to my Baikal 28ga o/u. Thinking about getting an auto loaded 3in 28ga. Killed doves, pheasant, pigeon, ducks and a gew turkeys with it.

Bobby it's my first full season hunting ducks. I have a dozen mallards and am what you would call a budget hunter. My question is what other 6packs should I add to my small spread? Really only want to carry 2-3 dozen with me. I hunt in Michigan's upper peninsula and a little bit in north east Wisconsin

What you've got there is a "fixed choke". Choke-less would be without choke, so cylinder bore. Fixed choke isn't bad, you rarely change choke tubes anyway. For a 28ga you should get an over and under, classy....
