also dont buy a house on a divided main road, and make sure its well fenced so you dont get some cars dont run into the house!

Definitely want to target suburbs with limited vacant land. Sometimes the new builds on smaller blocks add value to the established homes on bigger blocks in better areas.

Good question Alex, many parts of Ipswich are in flood zones. Checking for flood zones is the most important check we do. We will never buy a property in a flood zone for ourselves or our clients

On god my brother Goodna is the vilest shithole in the state.

They are currently allowed to be built and rented separately but there are a lot of strict requirements. Block size, 1 bed 55m2 max etc

Has good proximity to the CBD considering its lower price point. Lower socio economic area but is gentrifying fast

We love the Redland Council area and buy a lot of properties there for our clients. Birkdale, Victoria Point, Cleveland etc, all massively undervalued over the long term in our opinion

I bought in Goodna just over a year ago . It’s a townhouse and last valuation it had gone up 130-150 K . If it is out of the flood zone i would go for it

@@pumpedonproperty thanks, i enjoy your show, our house is at 2 waterlilly court, we are selling to buy a property with more land as we are keen food gardeners and are limited here on 370m block of land. We have a lot of open spaces with a horse paddock across the road, and the house is well positioned at the end of the street ie. no traffic at all.
