Some liquid egg, some pumpkin kernels or sesame, 6:50,
Baking temperature(for small family ovens of about 30 liters): preheat the oven for 10 mins at upper heat and bottom heat 120 degrees. Put it in lower layer of oven and bake it for about 27 mins. We need to make adjustment according to different conditions.
