@TripleMHimself I have been training off and on since I was young child... my father taught me a great deal. He is almost 70 and in better shape than I am! I sent him yout video to check out... best of luck

Thank you. I really appreciate that. When we enter our 50s we can do so much to determine how mobile and active we are for the next couple of decades, or more. I can't think of anything as interesting and enjoyable, over the long term, as boxing training. 👍😀
