Tried it so many times, but never been able to chop onions and tomatoes with such finesse as the street vendors. Sometimes, I feel they can give professional chefs a run for their money if there is a competition for chopping tomatoes and onions.

कमी तेलात केलेली अंडा भुर्जी ही कोरडीच असते. एकतर तेलाचे प्रमाण अधिक पाहिजे किंवा टमाट्याचे. दुसरे म्हणजे, कोणतीही भुर्जी ही पावभाजी मसाल्याशिवाय अपूर्ण आहे.
