1. listen carefully to others to understand them 2. Don't judge, respect others feelings while talking. Apni hi mat chalao 3. Dont give advice quickly, if he pre decide then divert him to professional 4. दिल हलका होने के लिए सून लो, लेकीन यही सुनते ही मत रहो, धिरे धिरे उनसे दुर हो जाईये 5. अपनी बात शुद्धता और सुक्ष्मता(factually correct) कहीये 6. दिखावा नही करना तो भी हो. कोई भी लिगल काम करने मे शर्म नही होनी चाहिए

2:42 नियम 1 - अपने काम से काम रखिए। 4:19 नियम 2 - बात को ध्यान से सुनना और परिस्थिती के हिसाब से जवाब देना। 5:49 नियम 3 - भावनाओं का सम्मान कीजिए, समझिए और सराहना कीजिए। 6:59 नियम 4 - बिना मांगे सलाह ना दीजिए, (विनाशकाले विपरीतबुद्धि) । 8:47 नियम 5 - तुम मुझे समाधान दो, मैं तुम्हें समस्या दूंगा। 9:28 नियम 6 - जिन्हें सुनना नहीं है, जिन्हें करना नहीं है। 11:15 नियम 7 - अगर पहले जैसा प्रेम और सम्मान कम होता हुए दिखे.. तो सत्य को स्वीकार कर लीजिए, certificate मांगने मत जाइए। 12:15 नियम 8 - अपनी बात को शुद्धता और सूक्ष्मता से कहना सीखिए। (Grammatically Correct & Factually Correct) जो बात आपने आप में पत्थर की लकीर होती है। १... पहले रुचि, २... फिर सम्मान, ३... फिर विचार। 13:12 नियम 9 - दिखावा मत करो.. जो हैं, जैसा हैं, वैसे सामने आइए और वैसी बात कीजिए। (अपनी ज़्यादा ही perfect image बनाने की कोशिश मत कीजिए।) 14:18 ADVICE - जो काम Legal है, तो उसे छिपाने का कोई मतलब नहीं है, और ना ढिंढोरा पीटने का कोई मतलब है।
