If this would be taken serious there should be at least five tickets / charges being filed. We'll see. But based on how cavalier police and the judiciary take motor vehicle driven violence I am not holding my breath.

Report to non emergency and icbc

I did report it to the West Vancouver Police Department. Have not heard anything back. ICBC only cares if / when someone gets injured or killed.
