Hello from Houston Texas USA, your recipe is very interesting ! Here we farm crayfish, (we sometimes call them mud bugs), and they are a favorite at outdoor events. They are boiled by the hundreds with corn, potatoes, and, bags of prepared spices. I love them with fried catfish, and good dark beer, like Shiner Bock. Also love your videos ! Stay sweet, and don't take any crap from your cats. They are fun to hang around with, but they also enjoy biting and scratching humans ! ✌

Rirang, you should go to Louisiana on your next trip to the US and have a proper crawdad boil. I'm pretty sure any Korean would love the Cajun dishes there since they are spicy.

Here in the UK we have a similar problem with Signal Crayfish that were introduced from the USA to be farmed here. Well the inevitable happened and they escaped into the wild, displacing our native crayfish. I like your idea of eating the problem, because these invaders are really tasty! 😋

Hello from Georgia USA 👋 Your videos are so fun to watch, and I especially love how you treat the cats so nicely. You can tell they trust you a lot. Catching crayfish is always so fun. I've only ever seen people catch them with their hands and not nets. Those little guys like the hide in the sediment the streams carry, so you just have to do a little bit of digging and you'll find more next time

As always love and admire your hard work. If you set up a net down stream and move the rocks around up stream you will catch more crayfish . They hide under rocks. good to get rid of evasive creatures they can take over.

I did not know about the crayfish invasion, yikes! We used to catch them here in Arizona with chewing gum if I remember correctly...they would grab onto it and then we could pull the line up enough to use the net to catch them. I hope the invasion ends soon! 🦞🍲

Hi Rirang, clever girl. It´s not easy catching Crayfish here in Sweden either, they are mostly bought, yet you went all out and did not give up despite the insects and cold water. My hat is off. They do not get any bigger than those and maybe the curry would hide their flavor a lot. Cat´s seem to find you wherever you are and I can see you meeting them again. You are so much fun and I love your no messing around attitude towards life. Best of all is your filming skills, as I do not give it any thought and you simply shoot what you feel is fun to be able to follow along. I´m guessing that you either do this full time or maybe have a creative job too? Hugs for now, until next time

At here in Sweden we have a special way of eating crayfish by cooking them in water and dill with some salt, and let it cool off to the next day, the taste is incredible and is supposed to be eaten cold. :)

Interesting episode! I grew up in the American south (Florida) but I have never eaten crayfish. I did catch a couple and keep them as pets when I was about 13 years old.

We used to just take some fishing line and tie it around a hunk of salted pork or pork belly (heck any meat will do) put into the water and watch...they will clamp down on it and all you have to do is slowly lift them out and down into a bucket...have caught hundreds this way ...Crawdads are greedy and will hang on! --- ps -= love your channel.
