Tombstone is a Sony owned character, so Marvel Studios can't use him, especially not on live action Disney+. Only time they could use him is in animated form, and if it's live action it has to be an MCU Spider-Man movie with Sony co-producing.

@@prathapkutty7407Well if you watched the show youd know why shes the way she was Shes not the perfect character but the trauma she went through doing things she didnt want to do but couldnt resist, having people you love break your trust, tends to make people more prickly. Even then her actions throughout the show is the opposite of her attitude she protrays. You can dislike her character but at least try to learn why a character is like that. I could say the same thing about punisher but i understood why hes a broken man

I still think the Netflix Daredevil and Punisher were in another gritter, darker universe (which makes sense since the multiverse is a thing now). And Daredevil: Born Again was gonna be the 616 timeline Daredevil. I know Marvel tiptoed around it, but I wish they just came out and said the Netflix-verse is another universe and Born Again was in the 616 universe we're currently following because tiptoeing around it just added to the confusion. And it didn't really make sense how the events of the Netflix shows never really affected the overall 616 universe, and the movies never really affected the shows. I'm excited for Born Again, but making it a soft reboot of the Netflix Daredevil instead of a new Daredevil in the 616 universe was kinda weird to me. That being said since Born Again wasn't going how Feige wanted and they're starting from scratch, I think Feige was just like "Screw it, let's basically make this Netflix Daredevil Season 4 and bring everyone back." I don't know if Feige always wanted to bring everyone back eventually, but from what Born Again was supposed to be (soft reboot) it's taken a complete turn (direct continuation of the Netflix Daredevil, but on Disney+)

Honestly the punisher stuff sounds kinda dumb. The fact they changed the logo because of real life stuff is stupid because inherently the punisher is not a good thing to be looked up to in the first place guys a psycho who murders people for like robbing people. I’ll never understand the obsession with punisher he works best as a cameo character to bounce off someone else, he always goes down a dead end. The thing is with the mcu, everything is inherently a cool concept until it gets to screen. I have faith in the writers but no one is infallible daredevil season 2 kinda proved that and defenders they can make some bad things hopefully this will be alright. But also Disney is terrible at political stuff they are the worst at those type of stories so this kinda got me worried.
