My wife is living with her parents at the home of her parents since her marriage during 2001. I have two daughters from her which has now become at the age beyond 18 years. On account of his consistent living at the home of her parents and not coming to my home, I married with another wife during 2014 in which I have also two daughters. I did not take permission of 2nd wife from Arbitration Council at that time. As to whether, I should take permission at this time as a precautionary measure or not. Kindly guide.

میرے گھر میں ایک پیشہ ور شادی شدہ غلط نام سے نکاح نامی بنوا کر دوسرے مرد کے بچوں سمیت گھس کے دس سال سے بیٹھی کھا رہی ہے میں بچے پال رہی ہوں اپنی تنخواہوں سے میرے راستے میں مشکل بھی کھڑی کرتے ہیں اس عورت کے چاہنے والے بچوں کو مرنے کی دھمکیاں اسکول چھڑوا دئے مجھے عدالت سے اپنے سائین سے ایک طلاق دلوا دی اور بہت کچھ اس عورت کے بارے میں کوئی قانون ہے کیا؟
