Yes! This has been always true. But until today! No companies wanted to invest in the look of the product since it was completely focused on function-based.

Worked for Staples and Netgear, enterprise UX design is not an easy thing to do. there is a lot of corporate bs you have to go through but they are worth the effort due to being challenging and impact it creates

True. Workday has a good UI. It has a funnel-shaped view of the hiring process.

I'm currently an enterprise designer myself and wanted to know your thoughts on the future of it as far as XR/AR is involved and do you see companies like Meta incorporating these features within their internal softwares, training programs etc. ?
