Sardar jee abbottabad is sandwiched between two cities called mansehra and haripur. Mansehra was the city of Maan Singh and haripur came from hari singh.40 km from Pakistani Kashmir and 70 km from hasanabdal which is sacred to Sikhism. Most of the people converted to Islam from Sikhism.

Abbotqbad is part of Hazara. Language is actually Hindko, which is a dialect of Punjabi. And majority of people are similar to northern Punjabi tribes and not Pathans.
