Join us as we countdown 10 of Punta Cana’s best Beach bars. Each of these Bavaro Beach destinations offers their own unique and memorable experiences.
We start our tour on the southern tip of Bavaro Beach, at Dolphin Island which is just past the Barcelo Resorts. From there, we work our way north towards El Cortecito, stopping at multiple Beach bars along the way.

When I went in October the Sky Bar was closed for renos, awesome spot to relax and get some sun. Zoho Beach Club is another awesome bar to lounge in the sun.

Skybar is now a pay bar 😡 and cost $20 - but you are correct Zoho is quite nice

this stretch of coastline looks fabulous. I am flying here on Tues to stay at Lopesan. It looks like all these places will be easy to walk to

Indeed - all within a 39 minute walk - but the rooftop pool bar is unfortunately no longer free

Really enjoying your videos Andre. We are visiting Melia Caribe next week, and I do not drink. Do any of the hotel bars, or beach bars you are visiting stock Zero percent beers?

Unfortunately, I’ve never come across any non-alcoholic beer in the DR - but admittedly, neither have I actively looked for any, therefore you might find some in local stores. I’m diabetic myself, and find it very hard to find diet drinks off resort. Even on resort, only Diet Coke is available - wish they had diet sprite as well.

There’s a new beach bar -) (the view restaurant) right on hurricane cafe Second floor may be a new owner or new restaurant---it’s across the pier board walk at bavaro beach Los corales .. they have a nice swimming pool at the second floor deck - check it out please let me know -

Facing the ocean, Dolphin Island is to the right of Melia, Lopesan and Barcelo resorts - less than 30 minute walk

It is right between Lopesan and Barcelo - just a 10 minute walk from the Melia resorts

is it safe at night? we tend to get bord at resorts and want to check other places out-staying at Melia

At night, I would head to the Los Corales area where several of the restaurants have weekly entertainment - see my other walking videos for directions

YES IT'S VERY SAFE, IT'S THE BIG RESORTS WHO HAVE CREATED THIS RUMOR TO KEEP THE PEOPLE INSIDE AND SO THEY GET ALL THE TOURIST BUSINESS. I'M SINGLE WOMAN AND WALK AROUND AT NIGHT ALL THE TIME AND NEVER HAD A PROBLEM. I SEE WOMEN WALKING DOWN THE STREET WITH BABY STROLLERS AT NIGHT, IF IT WERE A DANGEROUS PLACE YOU SURE WOULDN;T SEE TAHT.

@@PuntaCanaTravelVideos Thank you for the great videos. I didn't know half these bars were there. That rooftop bar looks amazing and its an 8 minute walk from my Airbnb.
